Littleton's Immigrant Resources Center (LIRC) at Bemis Library is an award-winning program that helps immigrants connect to community services, learn English, and apply for U.S. citizenship. The program has been recognized by the Harvard’s “Bright Idea” program as well as the National League of Cities.
