Lee and Olga Payne - Co-owners: We have been married for 23 years and have 3 children. We have lived in Colorado for most of our lives and are active in and committed to our community. Planet is not a publicly traded company or a large conglomerate. Lee grew up in the automotive industry, working fulltime for 27 years.
While working for different automotive groups, Lee developed a vision of what a dealership should be. His goal was to own a dealership where everyone would be treated with respect: from the customers to the detailers. He envisioned a store where the employees would feel like family and the customers would notice the relaxed professional environment of his store.
