These life-changing programs include our thriving social enterprises employing hundreds of individuals with economic disadvantages and developmental disabilities, a full-service staffing agency, a highly-successful career development center and revolutionary training programs like Possibilities. A significant portion of Discover Goodwill's programs and services is funded through your donations and patronage of our thrift stores. Discover Goodwill has a strong commitment to financial stewardship—dedicating nearly 90% of our annual budget to programs that directly impact lives in our community.
