La Polleria serves authentic "pollo a la brasa" also known as Peruvian Style Chicken that is roasted in an imported brick lined charcoal fired rotissere oven from Peru. We start with fresh all natural Red Bird Farms chicken that is then marinated with a special family recipe. Served traditionally with fresh cut Yukon Gold fries and a green salad. Other side dishes include baked Yukon Gold potatoes served with butter and sour cream, Arroz Amarillo (Yellow Rice), tossed salad topped with sliced cucmber & tomato, or mac and cheese. For dessert you might want to try the flan covered in a creamy caramel sauce. For a snack or appetizer choose an empanada stuffed with "aji de galina" which is shreded chicken in a mildly spicy creamy sauce.
